SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Talgh®. The following terms constitute our Shipping Policy.

SHIPPING GEOGRAPHY

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.

SHIPPING RATES

Flat $7 per order, United States.

PRE-ORDER FULFILLMENT

Talgh® Essential Deodorant is currently sold as a pre-order. Payment is taken at the time of order placement. This funds the final stages of production.

Pre-order fulfillment is approximately 8 to 14 weeks from window close to delivery. Production happens in two phases: packaging production and air freight to our manufacturer (approximately 6 weeks), then production fill (6 to 8 weeks). We appreciate your patience while we manufacture and finish the first production run.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking. The tracking number activates within 24 hours of dispatch.

STANDARD ORDER PROCESSING (POST-MSRP LAUNCH)

After the pre-order window closes and the site reopens at MSRP, in-stock orders ship within 1 to 2 business days of order placement. Delivery typically arrives within 3 to 5 business days of dispatch via standard ground service.

We do not ship or deliver on weekends or US federal holidays.

ORDER UPDATES

For pre-orders, we send an email update at least once every three weeks until your unit ships. If there is a material delay in shipment, we will contact you via email.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Talgh ships to US addresses only. Customs and duties do not apply to US-domestic shipments. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on destination address.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

You are responsible for entering an accurate shipping address at checkout. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense, or refund the order minus the original shipping cost.
