Thank you for visiting and shopping at Talgh. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy for items purchased on a pre-order basis.
As a pre-order, the expected fulfillment period for your purchase is between 8 to 12 weeks. We appreciate your patience and commitment and strive to get your product to you as soon as possible.
Payments for pre-orders are taken at the time of your order placement. This ensures that your product is reserved and funds the final stages of production.
We will keep you updated on the status of your order, including any changes to the estimated delivery date. Expect an email update at least once every three weeks until dispatch.
Talgh ships to addresses within the United States and Canada only.
All pre-order items are shipped within 8-12 weeks from the order date. We do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Talgh is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
