REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

ALL SALES FINAL ON PERSONAL-CARE PRODUCTS
Talgh® sells personal-care products. Due to the personal-care nature of our catalog, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or unsealed product.
This includes Talgh® Essential Deodorant in both pre-order and post-MSRP-launch states.
PRE-ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Pre-orders fund the first production run. Payment is taken at the time of order placement. Production begins after the founder's pricing window closes. Fulfillment is approximately 8 to 14 weeks from window close to delivery. Production happens in two phases: packaging production and air freight to our manufacturer (approximately 6 weeks), then production fill (6 to 8 weeks).
Pre-orders are non-refundable except where required by law. Your purchase reserves a unit from the first production run. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge the production timeline and agree to the non-refund terms.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG-ITEM SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, we will replace it at no cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at
hello@talgh.co with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged or defective product, with packaging visible
• A short description of the issue
We will evaluate the issue and ship a replacement once verified. We do not require return of damaged or defective product unless we specifically request it.
LOST-IN-TRANSIT SHIPMENTS
If tracking indicates your shipment has not moved for 14 consecutive business days after dispatch, contact us at
hello@talgh.co. We will work with the carrier to locate the shipment. If the package is confirmed lost, we will ship a replacement at no cost.
ORDER CANCELLATION BEFORE PRODUCTION
You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund up to 7 calendar days after order placement, provided production has not begun. After day 7 or once production has begun, pre-orders are non-refundable per the section above.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges. If you ordered the wrong scent or quantity, contact us within 24 hours of order placement and we will attempt to update the order before fulfillment.
HOW REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED
When a refund is approved, you will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Banks may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval and the refund has not appeared, contact us at
