Sale or sharing of personal information

We have shared personal information with marketing partners (specifically Meta) over the preceding 12 months for the purpose of engaging in advertising and marketing activities. Categories shared: identifiers, commercial information, internet activity. Recipients: business and marketing partners as defined above.

We do not knowingly use or disclose sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.

Children's data

The Services are not intended for use by children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information about children under 16. If you are the parent or guardian of a child who has provided us with personal information, contact us to request deletion.

Security and retention

We use commercially reasonable security measures. No security measures are perfect. We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to maintain your account, provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce applicable contracts.

Email and SMS marketing

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. You may opt out of SMS marketing by replying STOP. Transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates) are sent regardless of marketing opt-out.

International data transfers

Talgh Wellness Inc. is incorporated in British Columbia, Canada, with US customer operations administered from New York. Your personal information may be transferred, stored, and processed in the United States and Canada. By using the Services, you consent to this transfer.
